Welcome to Cavé (Kah-vey) Bistro. Our 100% gluten free, farm-to-table menu uses mainly organic produce and grass-fed, grass finished pasture raised meats, game, poultry and fresh local and wild seafood. We serve a creative menu of delicious dishes made from scratch using only fresh, wholesome ingredients.
Our kitchen is seed oil free. We only use healthy fats and do not use inflammatory industrial seed oils, ever. Every dish is prepared with care only using pasture-raised animal fats (e.g., duck fat, beef tallow) and ghee, avocado and olive oil.
